What this is

Other insurance types may be required based on your services, staff, or payer contracts. Common examples include:

  • Workers’ Compensation Insurance Required if your group employs staff. Covers work-related injuries or illnesses.

  • Cyber Liability Insurance Increasingly requested to protect against data breaches and cyber threats.

  • Employment Practices Liability, Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions Sometimes requested for larger or multi-specialty groups.

Why we need it

These policies may be required to:

  • Meet state employment laws

  • Protect against emerging risks (like cyberattacks)

  • Satisfy specific payer or facility contracts

What to collect

For each policy, submit:

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI)

  • Policy number

  • Coverage limits

  • Expiration date
